Cancellation policy

Customers have the right to Storno ordered and preordered items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives, stating a reason, this reasoning needs to be within reason, cheaper options or price changes are not taken into account and will lead to 5% cost of the Gross Order Amount.

If the Order or Preordered Item will be cancelled through Storno after 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives, the Storno / Cancellation will cost 10% of the Gross Order Amount.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled which consists of receipt received, after the 14 (fourteen) days grace period has been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled or is in work(progress), then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
