Refund policy

Customers have the right to return purchased items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives, without stating a reason. Items can only be returned if they are in their undamaged original packaging. However this is not possible if an Item has a change of Price or the customer finds a cheaper offer of the Same Item. If reasoning for the return are not within reason the customer will be charged 5% of the gross price.

Rules for returning and exchanging items with discovered defects: The customer has the right to notify the Seller of any discovered defects withing 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives the customers grants the Seller or the Seller's representatives a grace period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives to remedy the defect. The only exception is defects caused by improper handling of the items by the customer.

For returns of unspecified reasons without a stated defect of the product by the customer to the Seller or the Seller's representatives, will be 5% of the gross price deducted
After we receive the product back from you, you will be refunded within 5 business days.
